    Production and Shipping

    These terms will apply to any orders placed with Ink Correct and its affiliates; therefore, we encourage you to please read these terms prior to placing your order. By submitting an order to Ink Correct, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of a written consent, and is binding by both Ink Correct and the customer or their representatives.

    Production and Shipping

    Production Information

    Production time is the time that it takes for us to make corrections and fittings to your design, print and package your items.

    • Please allow 1 to 7 business days for us to produce your product.
    This does not include holidays or weekends. During our busy months (Christmas season and other major holidays), we are often running the full 7 Business Days for production, during our slower months, this period is closer to 1-2 days.

    Please note this does not include shipping time. Rush production options are available on certain products, and if so, you will find this information in each product page. If you don’t see the option for the product you are interested in, please contact us letting us know item wanted, customization requirements, and when you need your order by. We will do our best to take care of you.

     Shipping Information

    The arrival date of your order is based on a few of factors:
    • The production time and shipping method chosen.
    • Your shipping location.
    • Your order is submitted by our cut off time of 10:00 am EST.

    We can only guarantee the day your order will ship from our warehouse. 

Once your order leaves our facilities, we are no longer responsible for any delays. This responsibility is of the shipping carrier’s (UPS or USPS).

    We are not responsible for late receipt of any packages due to any unforeseeable circumstances, such as an out-of-stock product, printing problems, weather-related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company.

    Please note that the production lead times do not include shipping time in transit.

    We use USPS Ground for our primary shipping method. The Ground Shipping map is shown here.

    We have other production locations across the United States, where we ship our other products from. If you’re not sure about shipping of a particular product, please find the “Production and Shipping” tab for that product within its product page. If you’re not sure, you may also contact us for help.

    Estimated shipping costs will be shown during checkout; however, you can also use our shipping calculator located in your cart page.

    You will then see all shipping methods and shipping costs available for your order. Please contact us if you have any special instructions or shipping requirements.

    Shipping Methods

    All packages ship out via ground service, unless an expedited method is chosen instead. All quoted shipping costs are estimated and may vary.

    You should please contact us for any changes to your order. Once your order is in production, we may not be able to assist you.

    P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses

    We do ship to Po Boxes and Military APOs. Due to military requirements and regulations, we cannot guarantee when you will receive your order. We can only guarantee the date the product will ship. If you would like to place an order using your P.O. Box or APO address, please also send us a physical address so we have a backup in case there are any delivery issues to your box.

    International Shipping

    We will ship to most countries, but some of our items cannot be shipped internationally. If an item can only be shipped within the U.S., this information will be available on the product page.

    Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or International orders may require additional shipping fees. If you would like a quote prior to placing the order, please use our shipping calculator in your Cart page.

    If you are in a country other than the United States, please be aware that your country’s customs service may charge you Duty Fees on merchandise you are importing, as well as, or in addition to, brokerage fees from the shipping carrier. This may come in the form of a bill, or they may hold your package until these fees are paid to them. Ink Correct does not collect these fees, or any similar fees, when you order from our website. It is the costumer’s responsibility to pay duties and import fees. If your package is running late, please contact us so we can figure out what the problem is.

    Shipping Breakage

    We take great precaution to prevent shipping breakage, but occasionally it does happen. If you receive an order with damaged products, we will replace the broken items for you. Note that we may ask for proof that the damage was caused before arriving at your location, so please email us pictures of the broken items as soon as possible.

    Late and Lost Packages

    While we add tracking numbers to all packages being shipped out of our warehouses, we are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels. USPS, UPS and FedEx are our primary shippers, and these carriers are responsible for final delivery.

    Ink Correct and its affiliates will not issue refunds for lost, stolen or missing packages that have a tracking number. All disputes must be handled with the carrier. We are happy to provide you any information you might need for your claim.

    Most orders leave our warehouse and arrive at our customers’ doors with no issues or delays, but keep in mind this is an Internet based business. As with all Internet based businesses, we must depend on outside parties to send our products to you.

    We use US Postal Services (USPS), United Parcel Services (UPS) and FedEx to ship packages to our customers. These are the best in the business, but sometimes problems or delays happen. If your package is late, please contact us so we can help you figure out what the issue is.

    Late domestic orders will typically show up on one end or the other within 30 days, while international orders may take up to 90 days.

    Rest assured that we will do our best to resolve any problems that may arise!

    You will not be charged for items you did not receive, except in the following cases:

    • UPS is the shipping method for many remote and International locations as the shipment can be tracked. If another method is chosen, we cannot guarantee delivery.

    • If you live in an area that only accepts deliveries from one main courier, please contact us to confirm delivery. We will find out which courier is the right choice for you, otherwise, your order will be shipped by the best method we see fit to ensure a prompt delivery, as well as the low shipping costs.

    • Packages that are returned because of an invalid address will be subject to a second shipment charge. Please make sure that all information such as apartment or suite numbers are correct to avoid said extra fees.

    Carrier Responsibility:

    Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carriers. Any expected delivery dates are estimates only.

    Neither Ink Correct and its subsidiaries, nor the delivery carriers have control over weather, natural disasters and other unforeseen forces. While we will do our best to ensure in hands dates, delivery services are performed by third party companies and any proposed delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

    Note that delivery dates are approximately 3 to 6 business days.
