Returns and Refunds
Here at Ink Correct, we always do our best to make sure that your goodies are packed and shipped correctly, but from time to time, errors are made. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us for assistance before leaving a review, we will take care of you to ensure you’re satisfied with your products and experience! Incorrect or damaged merchandise, issues with packaging, and any other order problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense and we will provide you with a free return label for your package.
All returns are subject to approval prior to refund. Restocking fees may apply.
Returns and Refunds for Customized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, there will be no returns or exchanges on custom orders, as these can’t be sold by us again. In fact, the industry standards for custom products dictates a no return and a no refund policy, except for items that are not usable. Items are not usable include, but are not limited to, broken glassware, bent or misshaped items, etc. Small production flaws are not refundable, but may qualify for a discount.
Returns and Refunds for Non-Customized Items
Products that are not customized are accepted in original condition for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted unless they are complete. All original boxes, parts and pieces must be returned to us for a refund to be processed. A refund or exchange will not be granted if anything is not included in the return.
Products that were bought with a credit card are subject to a 15% charge to cover credit card fees.
Orders cancelled after processing, but before it ships are subject to a 10% charge to cover credit card fees.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged / Defective Items
Time is of the essence! Broken or damaged items need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and may only be exchanged for the same item. We do not offer refunds. Claims will not be honored after this time period.
Because of the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Different materials, production equipment and temperatures may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable standards and are not considered defective.
We will need photos of broken or damaged items before refunds are issued. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem. We thank you in advance!

Mistakes rarely happen, but when they do, we do everything we can to fix them and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
If there was a mistake made with your order, please let us know and we will look into it and take care of you right away by either replacing your items, or if you would like to cancel your order at that point, granting you a full refund. We may ask that the items be returned to us at our expense.
